Welcome to the Deer Lake United Church online document repository. It contains all of the currently approved DLUC policies and related documents. This index contains several sections designed to make the policies easier to access and understand. If you cannot find what you are looking for or have a question, please email policies@dluc.ca.

Theological Rationale

In keeping with the work we are called upon to do by God, our Creator, and with specific reference to the United Church Manual, we cite these policies as being integral in helping us to nurture the Christ-centred work of Deer Lake United Church.

Policies

These documents are provided as a reference for members of the DLUC Board and congregation at large. It is hoped that they will provide clarity and continuity when questions arise regarding the policies for Deer Lake United Church. They were developed by the relevant committees with guidance and assistance from a Policies Review Committee, and approved by the DLUC Board. They are reviewed on an annual basis and updated as required.

The policies available on this web site are the most recently approved versions. To view a policy, select the Policies submenu under Involvement & Growth or click HERE to go to the list of policy documents. Then click on the name of the policy you are interested in.
